Broadcast checklist

1) Paste the link of your live video. 2) Check the green “Detected” message and press Preview. 3) Tick “Broadcast is LIVE” and save. 4) Open the public Live page and press Play. When the broadcast ends, untick LIVE (the link stays as a replay) or clear the link.

Upload and manage photos and video clips for the website and Hero slideshow. Direct video uploads are capped at 8MB — for longer clips, add one by URL instead (e.g. a link to a video already hosted elsewhere).

As Head Admin you control the whole social platform: promote members to Department Head (they can then onboard and suspend members within their own department only), suspend anyone directly, and issue invite links for any department. Applicants can only join via a one-time invite link — there is no open signup.
